What ages do you work with?

We work with children and adolescents from birth through 18 years of age. Our early intervention program supports infants from birth — including premature babies at our Apollo Cradle centre — through age 6, while our teen counselling services support adolescents up to 18.

Do you offer online consultations?

Yes. We offer secure video consultations for initial consultations, parent training, teen counselling, and follow-up sessions. We also offer full remote assessments for NRI families across the US, UK, Nepal, Singapore, Dubai, Qatar, and other English-speaking countries, as well as for families in Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, and across India. Our assessment reports use internationally standardised tools; generally accepted by all schools worldwide, and we help you check requirements. It begins with an initial consultation to understand your concerns. We then schedule 2–4 assessment sessions using standardized tools. Within two weeks, you receive a detailed written report with findings and recommendations, followed by a feedback session to discuss next steps.

How long does therapy typically last?

What is the difference between a psychologist and a psychiatrist?
